This interactive workshop will provide participants with an overview of popular approaches to leadership, with a focus on practical application in not-for-profit organizations and community-based groups. Scenarios and short written exercises will be used to apply and evaluate leadership skills across different situations (e.g., meetings, email communication, supervision).
